Before jumping headfirst into her career, Debra attended Cal State University at Long Beach. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management Science. After graduating, Debra accepted a position as Vice President and Director of Human Services with Mission Viejo National Bank and spent the next seven years transforming the company’s HR department.
It was in this position where she gained more crucial experience in the finance sector that later propelled her career upwards. Mission Valley Bank was Mrs. Vladic’s next corporate challenge. As Senior VP and Assistant Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors, Debra quickly got to work improving the HR and finance sectors of Mission Valley Bank North American headquarters.
As head of finance, human resources, and administration, Debra Vladic implemented lasting change that still serves as the golden standard today. She supervised dozens of managers and employees, transferred and sold portfolios, coordinated projects with a network of auditors, regulators, and attorneys to ensure the success of the company.
Her continued successes and unparalleled ability to turn a mediocre department into an overachieving success story led her to more and more prestigious positions. Debra accepted a position as Vice President of Operations and Human Resources with Kelly Micro Systems.
This position allowed her to maximize her potential and she expanded her role to direct not only the human resources, purchasing, benefits, and training departments but also the activities of the operations, engineering, distribution, and benefits aspects of the company. She also made her mark by assisting the CEO with the planning of various projects and seminars to enhance the company’s potential.
By 1995, Debra Vladic became VP of Operations at Newport Shores Financial and from there, there was no stopping her. From solving key issues with investors to increasing efficiency to establishing procedures and policies that proved to be integral to the company, Debra did it all without missing a beat.
Debra joined Sign on the X as President and CEO in 2000 and spent the next 12 years transforming the company. During her time there, she built one of the largest national notary services in the country all while leading the finance, marketing, sales, administration, and human resources teams.
Once the company was running to the highest industry standards, Mrs. Vladic accepted a position at Adcomp Services as VP of Operations and Human Resources. At this point in her career, Debra’s ability to hone in on obstacles preventing companies from operating at their best was legendary. She spent the next three years tackling those challenges head on and left the company performing better than it ever had before.
Debra’s current position as Managing Member of Evergreen Management Services is no different. She continues to lend her expertise on finance, HR, compliance, operations, and more to bring the business to industry standards of excellence.
